- Cancel any time; Pro lasts until the end of the period.
- A renewal or an extra-minute charge that looks wrong: ask within 14 days.
Who handles refunds
Paddle.com is our merchant of record, so refunds are made by Paddle under Paddle's refund policy, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
First purchase: 14 days
If Koltype Pro is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get that payment back in full. Write to support@koltype.com, or use the link on your Paddle receipt or paddle.net.
Renewals
You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal surprised you, ask within 14 days of the charge (write to support@koltype.com, or use the link on your Paddle receipt or paddle.net) and we will refund it.
Extra minutes
Extra cloud minutes are charged for Koltype Cloud time you already used. If you think a charge is wrong, ask within 14 days of it and we will review it; refunds are made by Paddle. The rules for extra minutes are in the terms: billed with your next renewal, at once when $10 or more builds up, and at once when you cancel. Time used after cancelling is billed when Pro ends.
Customers in the EU and UK
You have a legal right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days. If you start using Koltype Cloud during those 14 days, you ask us to begin the service right away, and the right to withdraw may then be limited as Paddle's terms describe. Our 14-day refund on the first payment applies anyway.
